How do I add a medicine on my Apple Watch?

Add and edit medicines in Doses on your iPhone. They appear on your watch automatically. On the watch, you can log doses, change their time and delete them.

My watch says "iPhone Not Connected". Are my doses lost?

No. Doses you log on the watch are saved on it and sent to your iPhone as soon as the two are back in range. The watch shows how many changes are still waiting. Opening Doses on your iPhone, with the watch nearby, speeds things up.

Why does the watch show only recent doses?

To stay fast, the watch keeps the last 48 hours, which is what you need to know when the next dose is due. Your full history is on your iPhone.

Doses asks me about two doses close together. What should I do?

This happens when a dose was logged on both the iPhone and the Apple Watch while they weren't connected. If you took only one, delete the extra. If you really took both, tap Keep Both.

I forgot to log a dose. Can I add it afterwards?

Yes. Use Log Earlier… and pick the time you took it. Doses puts it in the right place and updates when the next one is due.

Why can I log a dose that's too early?

Doses warns you when a dose is sooner than your minimum gap or goes over your maximum, but it never stops you. You know your situation, and your doctor's instructions come first.

I'm not getting reminders.

• On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Doses and make sure notifications are allowed.
• Check that reminders are turned on for the medicine, in Doses.
• Focus modes can hold back notifications. Allow Doses in your Focus settings if you want reminders to come through.
• Your Apple Watch shows the iPhone's reminders, so the watch follows the iPhone's settings.

How do I get my data on a new iPhone?

If you're signed in to iCloud, Doses syncs your data through your private iCloud storage, so it appears on your new iPhone after you install Doses and sign in with the same Apple Account. Your Doses data is also part of your iPhone backup, so restoring from an iCloud or computer backup brings it back too.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a dose or a medicine in the app, or delete the Doses app to remove everything on that device. See the privacy policy for details.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
